This is a place of understanding, growth, and empowerment, where you can connect with peers who share your experiences and support each other through every stage of life. Movement Group

Embark on a transformative journey with our 8-week program, designed to foster healing through movement and somatic exercises. This unique group offers a supportive space for adults aged 18 and above, accommodating all levels of energy and flexibility. Our approach integrates trauma-informed interventions that encourage bodily awareness and emotional processing in a safe, nurturing environment. Sessions are conveniently available both in-person and online via Zoom, providing a hybrid format to suit your needs. Join us starting September 21st, every Saturday from 2:30 to 4:00 PM, and discover the path to resilience and well-being.
